Led a team in programming, design and production of construction documents for a cutting-edge, FEMA funded, public health facility to replace the prior Department of Health facility after it sustained significant damage from Hurricanes Irma and Maria.

Led a team in programming, design and production of construction documents and construction administration for a new one-story outpatient radiation oncology center to include two linear accelerators with direct access from a spa-like private patient dressing area, a CT simulator for radiation therapy, six exam rooms, physician offices and an integrative care suite for patient navigation and counseling.

Led a team in programming, design and production of construction documents and construction administration for new office space and warehouse facility at the CORE Life Science Park in Lakewood Ranch. The facility consolidated staff previously dispersed across multiple locations into a single, cohesive space with opportunities for staff collaboration and efficiencies in warehouse operations.
UF Health LDR

Gainesville, FL – 2016
Led a team in programming, design and production of construction documents and construction administration for the first phase of the renovation and modernization of the UF Health’s labor and delivery unit. Eight state-of-the-art, private labor delivery-recovery rooms were constructed, along with additional nursing and physician workspace and physician call rooms. This was an AHCA certified project.
UF Health Pediatric Infusion

Led a team in programming, design and production of construction documents and construction administration for renovation to the Pediatric Infusion Center at Shands Children’s Hospital, which provides infusion treatments and services for pediatric patients. This was an AHCA certified project.

University High School of Science and Engineering

Hartford, CT - 2009
Provided Construction Administration services for a magnet STEM-based high school on the University of Hartford campus. The amenities of the facility include fully equipped science and engineering teaching labs, a full robotics lab and curriculum driven classrooms.
